800xA Control Builder M Files from last download are missing
800xA 6.0.3.2.
Engineering Client 1: Windows 10 LTSB 2016
Engineering Client 2: Windows Server 2016
Engineering Client 3: Windows Server 2016
Hello,
I have a problem in my 800xA-System.
We have three engineering clients with Control Builder M.
In the past we did not have any problems with the CBM.
But now the engineering clients do not synchronise the projects.
If I downloaded a program to the the cpu from engineering client 1 it is not possible to go online (or to download) to the cpu from engineering client 2.
"Files from last download are missing".
I read that the engineering clients synchronise a file to the other engineering clients. This is currently not working.
Does anyone has an idea how to solve the problem.
Best regards,
Florian

Hi!
Windows security issue? Domain/workgroup?
Network related (different networks for EC1/EC2)/RNRP routing?
Time sync issues between EC?
Check Control Builder log files, typical "C:\ABB Industrial IT Data\Engineer IT Data\Control Builder M Professional\LogFiles\"
Regards
