Alarm Expressions supervises their input properties and raises alarms on bad input quality.
Check the OPC server feeding the expressions. Likely it send a shower of bad quality - maybe it even restarted?
These alarms can be suppressed by modifying a General Property, see the user's guide.

Probably a bad OPC data source definition or bad OPC service. What is the quality of S_STATUS in Property Translation Extended aspect on the hardware unit?
Is there any system status asset monitor configured on the Hardware units?
