Aknowledge all visbile alarms are not working in 02 controller
Hi,
I have 23 controllers and i work with minerals library. The problem is in the command "acknowledge all visible alarms" that recognize every alarm less the signals ( AIC, AIS, DIS, DIC, MOT, etc) in 02 controllers in specific in the same workplace.
In this signals not recognized you can enter to the faceplate and recognize the alarm.
Can you help me?
I think that is a problem with the controller.
Thank you,

Based on your reply to your previous topic: "I don´t think that is a problem of permissions, when I open the faceplate, I can to ack normally."
The controller do seem to accept the acknowledge.
As I wrote on your first thread: please submit more details or file regular support case with your regional ABB support center.

It is possible to see the OPC AE exchange of events and acknowledges through the afwapplogviewer.exe (undocumented) diagnostic tool part of System 800xA.
In applog (800xA admin user required), navigate and select the Event Collector process in service state connecting the OPC AE server the alarm is to be acknowledged in. Use PID to destinguish between multiple instances.
Enable the Events and Acknowledgement logs to level 3, then click Get Messages. From now on, any state change or acknowledge shall be logged in the lower right corner of the applogviewer tool.
However, since acknowledge from faceplate work, there is likely no problem in the OPC AE exchange.
If the workplace is using tabbed navigation, please be aware of this Product Alert: 3BSE090808 (ABB Library account required).
I sincerely recommend you to ask the regional ABB support team to assist you with the troubleshooting.3BSE0908083BSE0908083BSE0908083BSE0908083BSE090808
