PU410 unable to identify the MP200 node with ABB800xA SV 5.1.4
Hi
I have a redundant MB300 control network consisting of 1 redundant set of MP200 DSPC172 controllers and two Master View HMI which are under service. I want to replace the Master View HMI with ABB800xA Operater workplace. Configuration is attached.
I have set the PU410 DB elements NETWL9 both port pins to MB300_E.
I have set the Connectivity server CN (Control Network) ports to 100mbps full duplex.
With this configuration PU410 is unable to identify the node as appearing in the MB300 upload log and my graphics dynamics were not updating.
Kindly find the attachment for your information.
1. Configuration diagram.
2.Installed programs 1,2
3. MB300 Upload log.
4.PU410 Firmware version.
5.PU410 Debug log.
6.RNRP View.
Kindly support to deploy the configuration.

The MB300 control network components only runs at 10 MBit/s, half duplex.
The computer Ethernet ports facing the PU410 must be set to 100 FULL (do not use Auto Negotiate).
The PU410 ports facing MB300 must be connected to a switch with either Auto-Negotiate or 10 HALF.
Before attempting any upload, etc. verify that the AC400 Communication display element on the RTA Board object in the Control Structure properly lists the controller nodes.
Please check if any System Messages are displayed in the OnLine Builder - "no news are good news"
You can manually list nodes seen on the control network at RTA Board Configuration after having loaded a command processor.
Please search AKS - I wrote a long description on how to interpret the LNET command output just a handful of weeks ago.

Thank you so much for the qu response. There were no system messages. Controller node was not appearing green on the AC400 connect display of RTA object in control stracture.
On replacing the coaxial cable with proper end connector issue resolved. Communication established Thank you.

Hello.
You say that you have configured the RTA Unit parameter NETWL9 fo MB300_E ?
Are you using MasterBus 300 or MasterBus 300E ?
Less than 10 % of our installed base are actually using MB300E today.
If you use the DSCS145 boards in your MP200/1 controllers you shall select MB300E, if not and you use our standard DSCS140 board
you shall use the standard MB300 alternative under NETWL9 for optimal communication.
