Why making so many posts?

It will not raise your priority, rather the opposite...
A pure guess is that the backup file 0_ServiceGroups.afw contains a service group with an at restore time not accepted setting (too many service providers, etc).
The service group fail to import and secondary problems arise downstream when objects are missing (e.g. you cannot import service providers from AfwFsd.sdd as they are children to the failing service group)
If possible, examine the source system settings with respect to service groups, correct, then make a new backup.

I recommend maintaining a virtualized clone of your primary aspect server where you can easily verify backups to be correct but also perform extensive troubleshooting of problems without risking the production system.
Ultimately, file a support case with your regional ABB support center.
