Error while activating H1 port on Freelance CBF 8.x
We are using AC800F with redundant controller (AC800FR) with Freelance Control Builder F of 8.x.
While initialising the LDHSE and activating the H1 ports from Freelance CBF, following errors are getting displayed (see the attachments).
3 ld800hses with different IPs of series 172.16.32.x are connected with the AC800F controller. Same issue is happening in all of these 3 LDHSE.
Pleas note that Freelance CBF 8.x is on another subnet say 10.x.x.x series. could the error be because of different subnet of LDHSEs & Freelance CBF ? FF HSE card FI840 IPs are in same subnet of LDHSEs (172.16.32.2 & 172.16.32.3.)
Also in the same project tree, there are 15 Redundant AC800F controllers with same FI840 IPs (172.16.32.2 & .3) but all the LDHSEs are with different IPs within that same subnet 172.16.32.x that of FI840.
I believe the issue is H1 port is not getting activated even though LDHSE is getting initialised.
What could the error "WRITE FAILED (ERROR: ACCESS:CONFIG ACCESS ALREADY OPEN ADDCODE 0x00)" mean?.

Hello,
please check the firmware version of the LD 800HSE. In order to do that you need to connect a browser to the LD800HSE and type its IP address in the URL box.
In Freelance 8.x the firmware needs to be 1.46.1.02. If you bought the LD recently it will have a higher firmware version and you need to downgrade it.
Also check, that you use the correct capabilities file

Other questions are:
Has that system worked before in that setup and you are just trying to add a so far unused H1 Link or is it a new setup?
