AC800M (PM866) controller not powering on
Hi,
In one of the sites the AC800m controller(PM866) is not powering on.
The primary controller is on and the redundant controller is not powering on.
From site client checked the 24V power supply is reaching up to the CPU power terminals and they measured it 24 V.
What could be the probable reasons for the controller not powering on. What else we can check and how to trouble shoot.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi.
In case the power supply on the CPU's terminals is OK, and CPU doesn't power up, check the fuses, located on the base plate TP830 of the CPU (the two cylindrical fuse holders):

Hello,
If are reading 24v on the CPU power strip then ensure terminals has not changed +/-
