Report generation in CHMI 5.1

I am using CHMI 5.1 and MS office enterprise 7 for event base report generation in excel. Every event report is dumping In the desired folder with excel format.
But when I open the this report excel file,data is coming like "Start time must be before End time".....but when i go in excel option//Formula//Automatic....then automatic all value updating.
How to resolve this type issue....when I open the excel data should fill automatic....
Any extra settings in eexcel or CHMI....PLS suggest...

Have you fulfilled the required settings in the IM Data Access and Reports User's Guide, 3BUF001094-610?
E.g. set the spreadsheet in "Manual" mode?
