AFW Workplace Application Module has stopped working
During running of Operator workplace page every day 1 or 2 times, AFW Workplace Application Module has stopped working, POP Up is coming, after closing and again opening the Workplace it is working in normal way for some hours. This is happening in only one Engineering station other HMI clients are working fine without any issue.

Consider upgrading to 800xA Base 6.0.3-0 RU5, 3BSE041902.
At least two issues with crashes have been corrected in RU5 (plus some memory leakages that may crash a workplace).

2PAA119254If RU5 does not help, please enable Dump On Exception (Config Wizard->[ALT-SHIFT]->Diagnostics) and catch 2-3 crashes. Collect and compress the dump files from C:\ProgramData\ABB\Process Portal A\Dump or Crash and hand them over to your regional ABB support center when you ask them to submit a support case.
