We have a System 800xA 6.0.3 with History (Connectivity 6.0.3-0 RU1, 1 server for DCN and 1 server for History Server). Recently the History SyncService stopped working and is always in Error state. I've tried to execute some procedures to recover the History SyncService (but no success): - Deleted and recreated the Service Group and Service Provider; - Restarted the CpmPlusKM-OpcHdaServer D:\RTDBData service; - Created a local administrator in DCN and History Server, and changed the Special Configuration to the new local users created; - Changed the Special Configuration from wss://127.0.0.1/history to tcp://127.0.0.1:7614/CPIMS-INTERNAL/<Node-Name>-RTDB.
Despite the History SyncService issue, the HistoryEventCollector and HistoryEventServer are ok, and there's no problem to retrieve the historical data from Vtrin in 800xA. The only problem is to create new logs, once the History SyncService is not ok, the new tag is not created in Vtrin.
I'd like to know if you have some new procedure I didn't try to recover History SyncService.
