Although there is not enough information to make a full assessment of the issue, it indicates that the Oracle Data Base may be corrupt. I would suggest that you create a Support Case with your local, (India), support group as a starting point. When doing do, you should provide all the "HS_LOG" files found in the directory, "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ABB\IM\History\log", or by typing %HS_LOG% into the address bar of a Windows Explorer window. Additionally, you should provide the "alert_adva.log" file found in the directory, "C:\oracle\diag\rdbms\adva\adva\trace\". Also, any other information that you have on this system such as the running condition, and what happened prior to this issue.

I assume you cannot open the Oracle Instance Wizard either? It would appear that your Oracle instance may no longer healthy. This can be caused by a number of things, including (disk) hardware failure or lack of space but also that one or several tablespaces in the instance having been exhausted. Once the cause has been established and underlying issues corrected you will most likely have to restore your latest healthy IM backup. To find out more for me or ABB (You may want to raise a support case) please collect some log fies: The get to the History Log files, Enter %HS_LOG% in the Windows Explorer. This most likely points to C:\ProgramData\ABB\IM\History\log . Zip up the directory and post it here or supply it to ABB Support. Your issue does appear to be Oracle related, which means that Oracle Log files are important to make sure of the cause. Zip up the contents of C:\oracle\diag\rdbms\adva\adva\trace\alert_adva.log and do the same as for the History Logs. Also check disk usage,

I have formatted all the servers and reinstalled. during this I am facing this issue. i am able to read some of the IM data but I am not getting most of the IM data. basic history data I am getting.
