CI854 Healthy but Connection Down Alarms keep coming
Hi All,
We are having an issue with CI854 (800xA 5.1 FP4). We have 2 controller & total of 5 CI854.
We had heap related issue with 1 of the controller (with 4 CI854 cards). we tried doing a cold restart but it was not happening so we resolved the issue by doing power reboot of this controller (removed the power connections & then downloaded the program by cold restart).while doing the cold restart we removed all the profibus connection of both the controllers (for safety). After cold restart, we again made the profibus connections & both the controller communication with CI854's got established.
Since that day, we are having an issue that for all the CI854 cards related to controller (which we did cold restart), we are getting alarms showing Connection Down.

If this issue comes intermittent, there's a Field Alert out for it already. If I remember correctly you can set Watchdog Time on CI854 higher than the slowest Task Time in Control Application as workaround
