Humidity v/s temperature
Do there is any direct relation between humidity and temperature? if yes, how they work? Do there is any standard formula to calculate the same?
Note: in one of our projects we must satisfy below requirement:
ambient temperature 54 Deg C and 100 % Humidity

There is no direct relationship between temperature and humidity and just having the temperature or humidity is not enough to calculate or even infer the other. Relative humidity is the mass of water per unit volume of gas expressed as a percentage of the gas's maximum capacity to hold water, also in mass of water per unit volume of gas, at a specific temperature. Try searching for "relative humidity" or maybe "psychrometer" in the search engine of your choice for more information. Is the specification for operation, storage or shipping? A shipping / storage specification can often be met with the assistance of a specialist shipping company. An operational specification of 100% humidity can be more complicated to meet.
