Control Network Node Alarm
Dear Expert,
Currently right now I running 800xa ver 6.0.3. I've got 4 servers, 3 OWS. 2 Server act as primary and DC, other 2 servers act as connectivity server.
For Server-Client network, if one of cable connection Primary or Secondary Fail, it will generate alarm and also we get status from RNRP.
For Control Network, if one of the controller AC800m connection primary or secondary fail, it will be generate alarm, but when one connection from connectivity server fail, it won't generate alarm unless both connection from connectivity server fail, but alarm is because OPC DA Service alarm fail.
at RNRP we can see the status of the Primary or Secondary Connectivity server fail. How can we use this status from RNRP to generate alarm? or any other method to generate alarm when one of the primary or secondary connection on control network fail?
Thanks.

Correctly configured, RNRP will generate alarms into the system alarm list.
"Primary/Secondary Network Connection down". More or less identical to the RNRP Monitor.
Something is not correct in your system or config.
