Profibus instead of AF100 drives connection
Hi
I have 5 ACS600 Drives. Now communication with DCS done by AF100 (Redundant AF100 connected to TU815 with 2 CI820 and one TB810). TB810 Fiber optic connected to ACS600 Drives daisy chain. (with Address 101-105)
After DCS upgrade to 800xA we have redundant profibus connection to drives.
I don't want change drives data connection connection.
for this reason I connect redundant profibus line A and B to RLM01. and RLM01 M port connects to CI801. TU806 and TB842 installed on CI801.
Is it possible use TB842 fiber optic connection to ACS600 Drives daisy chain? (like TB810)
and if yes the bellow configuration in CBM is correct?

Hi
I think duplex "daisy chain" with using DCS600 is not possible.
There are 2 options
1.) simplex ring like 1 wire FO from TB842 through all drives back to TB842, or
2.) using NDBU-95 which works like optical HUB
Second option is much safer. Remember if one drive is powered off in simplex ring , the whole ring is stopped.
Regarding your configuration, I have no experience with CI801 & drives. If Control builder allows to add ABB drive under CI801 it should work event through RLM01.
You can find some values received from drive cannot interpret signum as negative number, then you should invert number in your logic.
