REF 615A Sample Value Subscription
Hi,
At the office that I work at, we have a REF615_A IED. We have configured it using PCM600 to receive simulated Sample Values. So, in the IEC 61850 configuration of the IED, the inputs exist and SMPRECV function block is placed in the communication page of Application Configuration. SMPRECV is connected to a TVTR according to the IEC61850 guide for the relay. The sample values exist on the switch to which the IED is connected but I don't know how to confirm their existence and see their values in PCM600 itself. The guide mentions the SMV receivers' Measurement view, but what I see is just the range of values and not what the relay is supposed to be receiving at the moment.
So, my question is what am I doing wrong? Is there a way to verify the sample value's existence with PCM600 alone or do I need to route these signals elsewhere? Am I looking at the wrong place? Also, where can I see the current measurements? All I am configuring is related to voltage. SMPRECV has voltage outputs so what happens to the current?
I have contacted support multiple times but nobody has answered me and I have not gotten any help. So, if someone here is willing to give me some guidance, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Which Protocol you used for the Time synch? It should be IEEE 1588. Due to the high time accuracy requirement of SMV the used time synchronization method must be IEEE 1588 v2.
