Hi:
You to activate the Trace of Display builder, and you will get a message like your user is not inside of the Database.
This happens because Postgres DB is sensitive to the Upper and Lowercase. So you have to add this user in the users of PostgresDB.
For example if you ar using the user "Administrator", you have to add the user "ADMINISTRATOR" or "administrator".
You can check that in Display Builder, in the bottom bar you can check the user used for this software.
Let me know if you have more questions

Hope you are trying to add existing graphic pages to SPO 3.1.1. Please upgrade to SPO2.1 and then bring it to SPO 3.1.1. then it works fine.
Workaround: Modify the Font size in the data base of the workplace layout (if the value is zero put a value greater (12 for example)
Else
Install SPO3.1.1 TC2 to resolve the issue. Refer to release note of 3.1.1 TC2.
