Control word ACS880 Firmware AINF2 2.82.0.0
Dear Sir, I kindly request your support to solve a problem in my ACS880 installation.
I am controlling two drives ACS880 using Drive Bus interface. I am writing Control word from my application but I have noted that sometimes internal control word (P 6.1) is different from the one I write (P62.101). Main problem I have is bit RAMP OUT ZERO, which I always write as true, but for some reason drive put in zero during some seconds delaying drive movement. Please see attached picture. You can see how ramp has a value at its input but the output is forced to zero due to the bit RAMP OUT ZERO=0. I don't know why this bit take this value if I always write it as TRUE.
Even RESET bit is set to TRUE when motor is running, even if I am not sending a RESET fault command in the bus control word.
Can somebody tell me if there is some internal logic that can overwrite control word that I send?
How can I disable this? I really need motor follows my commands.
I really appreciate your help.
