800xA for advant
Hi dear
We use 800xA for Advant HMI Upgrading. We define MB300 Network and MB300 RTA Board in Control structure. Communication between CS and RTA board is OK and status in RTA Board Control is running. Also RTA status in AC 400 CS Communication is Green.
We have 3 AC450 Controller on Network 11 and 12 (redundant) with Node number 21,22,23. Controllers connected to Ethernet switch via CentreCom 210TS converter. Also RTA board connected to this switch. We add node21, AC 450 Controller to MB300 Network. and use MB300 Uploader for Build Control Structure. But this does not work and we have bellow error:
The log file is
COperateITDataTempUploaderUploadLog_{F2196D76-9724-4617-8D8A-74AD25BC38C7}.txt
Retrieving NODE21 (Node 21), This will take some time ...
Error:
Error: Select Target failed for node (Network,Node): 11,21
Error: Please verify that the Network and Node numbers, entered in the Control Connection aspect, are correct,
Error: and that the node is accessible on the network.
Error: Error signal from RTA/Fcb:
Error: ?! UNKNOWN TARGET IDENTITY !
Error: ? SLTARG 11,21
Error: Message: 32,26 args: 60, 0, SLTARG 11,21
Error: Retrieve terminated with error!
The upload operation has failed!
==============================
This error show for all of AC450 Node. What is the problem? and we should be change configuration?
In case of connect RTA board to MB300 network we should be do configuration in MB300 Node?

Apart from above mentioned status display you can also list reachable nodes in RTA Board Configuration by issuing the following commands:
* LOCPSET CMDS:TP02.CT
* LNET 11
* LNET 12
Reachable nodes are listed by eight hexadecimal numbers in the grid. A previously known, but now down node is listed as 04000000. A node reachable via another network (e.g 12) as F9xxxxxx on network 11.
Current node number is shown in SHTARG command output. Verify that RTA has booted the correct network and node number!
Expect no system messages in the RTA board configuration tool or in the Engineering Station while connected to a controller (in principle, all system messages are "bad news"). If you see 17,8 messages (network hardware fault), check system message details for the fault, e.g. carrier lost of no SQE/heartbeat.
A common error if RTA sees no remote nodes at all is controller MB300 card (CS513) is configured for MB300E (MB300 extended) while RTA is configured for regular MB300. MB300E for RTA is configured on the NETWL9 DB-element (remember to backup RTA Board Configuration after changing protocol type). Refer to the Advant OCS MB300 Network Manual for more info.
