800xA 6.0.3.2 license error

Hello, all.

In an 800xA 6.0.3.2 installation, although I've install the licenses I get in all clients the following error :

'Failed to load the License Usage Report'

are all the Clients connect to the Server? Is there any error in License status viewer?
