560CMR02 & RS 485
Hello!
it is not possible to configure 560cmr02 to work on the rs-485 interface. Modbus RTU protocol.
The software settings are set, but the ports work as RS 232. Please help me. I can't figure out where I went wrong.
RTUtil v11. 5. 1. 0.
The configuration file I attach.

Hi,
Using my knowledge of programming RTU520 , I have configured an RTUtil 11.3.2.5 Project using 560CMR02 communication module. I was able to link Modbus RTU Line to CP1 port of the 560CMR02 module in RS485 mode as shown in the below screen shots. Hope the screen shots help you troubleshoot the issue with your project (unable to access the file sharing website link).
Step-1:
![]()

Step 2:
*Link 'Line TMODBUS (Test Modbus RTU Line)' to CP1 port of 560CMR02 in Hardware Tree
*Next, choose RS485 from drop down list under CP1 Tab card (I am assuming that the port supports RS485 communication, as option to select RS485 Standard is provided)
*Select desired baud rate

Note:In case you have configured your project in a similar way, verify from the 560CMR02 datasheet if RS485 is supported by any of the serial ports.
Regards
Rahil
