AC800M CONTROLLER TIME SYNCRONIZATION
I have two controllers Ac800M one of them is already sincronized with one external gps, using SNTP
but the second one, do not syncronize with GPS, i am using the same configuration in both controllers,
but the second one, does not is sincornized, with GPS time server.
Also we try, configuring the first controller as CNCP master, and the second controller as CNCP slave, but it does not work.
someone have any recomendation in this case,
what aditional test, we can do?
any other idea, to sincronize, the second controller.

What does the Control Builder M's Clock Synchronization tool display for these controllers?
SNTP sync will leave traces in the controller log - what do you see out there from SNTP?
CNCP is multicasted and requires masters + slaves to be on same L2 subnet with no multicast restrictions.
CNCP requires RNRP; no RNRP = no CNCP

Hi,
In addition to the answer above - SNTP time synchronization should work.
We have similar working installation with about 10 AC800M controllers, all synchronized by one GPS NTP server - see the controller settings below. Our NTP server is configured as 172.16.4.100 and is connected to the control network, together with AC800M, PP800 and a few PC OPC servers and clients
