Is SMIO-01C card of ABB ACS550 drive always be in locked condition for a newly purchased SMIO-01C card?
Recently, I have purchased a new SMIO-01C card & installed this card for my 55 KW motor driven ABB ACS550 drive. But, unfortunately, I couldn't run the motor as I couldn't set motor rated power(55KW) & motor rated current(103A) in the parameter 9909(MOTOR NOM POWER), 9906(MOTOR NOM CURR). In Parameter no 9909, I can increase motor rated power maximum 22.5KW & similarly motor rated current maximum 30A. Also, uploading from old card is OK but when I want to download to the new card then after 3% of download, display shows, an alarm A5086(Download is not allowed, because drive models are incompatible). What can I do now? Is this card locked for 22.5 KW rating?

Hi
where did you buy the SMIO replacement card?
When buying a spare part like this, it is necessary to specify for which inverter size will be used, so that the correct FW is preloaded.
I suggest you contact the nearest ABB service that will provide you with the appropriate support.
