ACS 800 Fault - 4210 & 3210
Dear Experts
We are using ACS800-04-320-3 for Extruder application connected with motor 250kw.
As we ON Main power initially shown Fault 4210 after restart several times now showing 3210.
Physically we checked the DC voltage which show 529V but drive detecting 829V DC. Also 4210 fault is not possible as we not even run the motor.
Please suggest ...
Thanks

over voltageHi
The faults reported do not seem to have a real connection with physical faults on the drive: at power up, IGBT modules (4210) should not have an over temperature, and it also appears that the (3210) signaling is also not justified.
I suggest you contact the nearest ABB Service and ask one of their technicians to intervene, with the little information you have provided it is not possible for me to give you any other suggestions.
