ACS800 Tripping sometimes at the startup using scalar. Fault is 2310. Over current
VSD is running @48Hz. RPM is 942rpm recommended by manufacturer of machine to use in scalar mode. doesn't trip the whole time, every so often but once you reset it starts up straight away. Any ideas?

Hi
the causes of origin for an over current fault can be multiple, not least a mechanical random overload.
I can suggest you keep under control the current absorption during the normal operation, but without other information I wouldn't know what to advise you.
