New RMIO in acs 800 drive. Motor current at 99.06. issue.
sir i have installed new RMIO in acs 800 drive. But the problem is i am unable to enter motor current at 99.06. It is fixed in 0.0A.though other data is changing .

the replacement of an RMIO card should be done taking into account the SW and FW version of the drive on which the replacement is made.
If the substitution was done with one spare parts buyed directly by ABB service, I suggest you to contact your nearest ABB dealer to have the necessary assistance.

Normally when you order the alone new/replacement RMIO board, you have to specify the type of your drive and rated output of it.
With this information the supplier of the RMIO board will load the corresponding FW in it, including parameters for nominal power/current.
I suppose your new RMIO board has no loaded the right parameters but that has to be done with a special software tool, usually from ABB service organization.

Load the SW backup again and then put the parameter backup.
