800xA Harmony Connect Data / OPC Issue
Hi... We have an 800xA v6.0.3, communicating to a Harmony system via IET800. Single PCU with one MFP pair. Two days ago all of the data displayed went to 0, *good* quality - analog values, digital values, everything. Plant is running, using Composer, can see that the MFPs are working just fine. IET and NIS/NPM appear to be communicating fine. The Harmony Node Topology correctly shows the two nodes and all the modules in them. The Harmony Block Details for any tag works correctly as well. If I look at the Control Connection aspect of any tag and subscribe for live data, data quality is good, but every value is 0.
We've replaced the NIS/NPM pair (not IET yet). We've restarted the IET, with no change.
Any suggestions? Pics attached. Thanks!

Curious why the CPM02 is seen on the Loop at Address 7. Have you tried unplugging it ? This is a very old Serial Module used for local Connection.
You have shown what you see on the HMI. If you plug your Composer into the same CS connection and View a code sheet, what values do you see then? I can only suggest, as you have MFP's and have put an IET online, (which uses very new NIS's) that you have a firmware mis-match somewhere, either NIS's and/or NPM's vs the new IET's. If are able to try removing the IET altogether and use an older ICT01/03/12. If the values come good, then I would suggest a Harmony Audit to find the problem and resolve as necessary.
I appreciate the replies. Finally got to the bottom of this with help from two different support staff at ABB. We're not sure how it happened, but the adapter identity for the Harmony OpcDA_Connector service got changed. After we re-created it via the OPC Data Source Definition on the Harmony OPC Server Network, all was well.
