The document supplied only show the end result of the configuration not working. What we first need to know is the configuration setup of the provider. It will be necessary to know what version of 800xA you are running. The setup is quite different for SV 5.1 , SV6.0+ or SV 6.1. The first and most important point to make is that with SV 5.1 and above, the ABBODA feature is now a Microsoft Service and not an 800xA Service. I have enclosed a document that identifies how to verify this is installed. Additionally, the last part of that document talks about the specific requirements for SV 5.1 only. This has changed in SV 6.0 and above where the SCC tool is utilized for installation. Additional information can be supplied with knowledge of the actual 800xA version of software.
It may be best to open a Support Case, so that we can track all the things that have been done, and possibly examine some other items in the IM node that have not already been examined. Since I work for the Support Group in the U.S., I assume the case will come to here under the contract we have with Uruguay.
