In addition to being entered in the Windows Group, this user was entered in 800xA groups (via Configuration Wizard)?

Lets start with the basics...... Have you tried turning it off and on again ?
Looks like something has got messed up with the account settings or network port on that computer and its likely temporary if it was caused by a network loop. Ensure you are definitely logging on to a DOMAIN account, not the local user account by mistake.
Check RNRP has not blocked a network port somewhere. Ensure the IndustrialITUser on that computer has access to all the ports, printer setings, etc and check the windows error log or messages. Ensure DNS is resolving the domain and computer names properly on that client.
You may need to temporarily disable the domain security settings.
