800xA Alarm Response Navigation
Hello,
I am still looking for help to configure the Alarm Response Functionality
in a more efficient way.
I am working ox 800xA system with MOD300 software ( some at 5.1 and othe 6.0)
but I always receive many requests from operator that are not yet satisfied
of the alarm response configuration as it is now.
The problem is that many tag/objects are deployed in more than one graphic display
and until now I saw that this behaviour is an issue for many customer
as we can see in this forum.
Until now I understood that the alarm response funcionality is designed
to display the "last" PG2 graphic built where a particular tags (in alarm state)
is located.
I wonder if is there any way to override this behaviour because, normally,
we start building graphics from the "most important" and complete the interface
whith the "less important", and the 800xA system "knows" I think by the creation date.
If I open the context menu related to alarm response for a particular tag
I see one or more page where the operator could "see" the object that is in the alarmed state,
and they appear in a descendin order starting from the "last" PG2 graphic created
and there is no way to make any changes to this order.
To be honest,I think that this functionality has to be improved
because it seems to be designed as if we had a particular tag/object
in "only one" graphic.
Any help or comment will be appreciated
Thanks a lot
Regards

I add some additional info to explain.
For example I have a tag named FC001 that is contained
in no.3 different PG2 display called graphic1, graphic2 and graphic3
when it goes in alarm I need the alarm response function
to display graphic1 or I have to be able to select.
If graphic3 is the latest PG2 graphic built , the alarm response
send me always to graphic3 and not for example to graphic1,
Hope this help.
