Hi
you could have similar errors when you start the drive and the EFB receive from master one or more command before the drive have do the initial check, particulary regarding Off2 stop.
STO contact open could cause Off2 error.
I can suggest you to established the communication from master to slave, before to activate any command.
In control word to reset any error, of course after closing STO command, you can use the value 1278 (decimal) or 4FE (hex) to reset all alarms.
Only after having reset the alarms - the control panel of the drive must return with the green LED on and standard display visualization - , you can try to send from the master first the speed reference and then the start command in the CW.

Hi
regarding your last comment:
STO - Safe Torque Off - terminal X4 of the drive, used for stop the drive in case of emergency. Please read the manuals of the product for more information about the use / programming of STO.
Regarding the second part of your comment - I did not understand how to reset all alarms. - it is necessary that you deepen the control technique of a drive via fieldbus.
Via fieldbus, a series of commands can be sent to the drive that include the speed reference, the control word that contains the start, stop commands but also, if necessary, the alarm reset commands.
Alternatively, the alarm reset can remain via HW ( you can select it at parameter 31.11), but normally if a field bus is available, the one is also used for alarm reset.
The commands are completely described for example in the profibus or profinet commands, they are always the same and can be found in the bibliography of these communication protocols, for example:
