How to set slave address of abb acs 580 drive?
I try to communication with abb acs 580 drive with modbus RTU and need ro set slave address!
I set 58.03 parameter to 2 .
Is this right?

if in your application, the number of identification of your device - the ACS580 drive - is 2, yes is correct.
From the manual of ACS580:
"Parameter 58.03 -
Defines the node address of the converter on the connection of the
field bus.
Allowed values are 1 ... 247. It is also called station ID, address
MAC or Device Address. They are not allowed to be online
two devices with the same address.
Changes to this parameter are valid after restart
of the control unit or after confirming the
new settings with parameter 58.06 Communication control
(Update settings)."
