Basic History Service Percentage not synchronized 100% - 800xA 5.1 RevA with Adavnt Master
I observerd that in our 800xA system Basic history service Percentage not synchonized 100 % in both the servers but trends are working absolutely fine. The basic history data stored in both the servers is same volume(c:Hs Data).
Few hours ago i have seen it was showing 100% percentage synchonization in both the servers but after some time it is showing 0.18% & 0.13 % it went out of sync from 100% synch state.
Services enable/disable i have done and try to do the resynchonization of the service from one each from other server basic history service by enableling & disabling of the service. The Volume Hs data is created in both the servers & Basic history services came to service state. but Percentage of synchonization is not came to 100%.
Note: The 800xA system consists Advant master with TTD logs and 800xA system created logs.
Thanks in advance
First of all, my personal recommendation would be that unless there is a very good reason to do so, I would not use TTD Logs as 800xA Log data sources. If there are no MasterViews in the system using the TTD Logs, I would also disable the TTD Logs in the controllers and then remove them completely next time you rebuild them with source code. The reason for this is that direct logging, using 1, 3 or 9 second updates (with a preference for the longest time) will give better resolution with the same or lower load on the controller.
I cannot see from the screen shots why the logs do not synchronize, but I note that there are two Basic History Service Groups (SGs) both called ‘Basic’. I am not sure if this has been (or is) causing confusing when assigning the correct Service Group in the History Source. I suggest you rename at least one of them and confirm that the History Source aspects (I assume you have more than one source since there are two SGs?) point to the correct Basic History SG.
