ABB ACS 355 Stops without any faults to find
(I have not tried to connect my pc just used the thing that are connectable to the acs 355 unit.)
Hey,
I have an ACS 355 in a "Drive unit" that suddenlys stops by itself? like it varies alot, some times it can stop 100 times per day, and another day it can stop 3 times, i cant seem to find out why its stopping, some times i have to turn the power on the hole (Unit) Off and on to be able to start it again, its used to a motor that is used for pallet convoyers. i think the parameters are coorect, but again some times i can just start it up without turning the Box/Unit off, and sometimes i do have to turn the power off and on,
I checked the error codes on the abb, and i get these ones
6: DC UNDERVOLT (2424 d 08:13:00 But for me this means its 2424 days ago? Or is it an type of error code? )
1: OVERCURRENT (NO TIME DATA)
6: DC UNDERVOLT (No time data)
The clock and date are correct it seems to be multiple locations that has this problem(atleast 3 locations) but its like a 200 meter Convoyers so there is like 50 boxes. and just 2-3 of them has this problem? Could it actually be the paramters? its seems weird, specially since it varies if i have to turn the power off and on(But thats rarely)
When convoyers are running its at arround 77 HZ (+ / - 1) 1.3 Ampere and like 20% (+/- 5) but when convoyers stops and starts its almost pushing 80% )

Hi
So, you have described very briefly that you have some stops on the ACS355 unit, to have a more consistent idea of your system, you should please describe how the start / stop wiring is done, if you have interlocks to the drive wired to the inputs and so on. Without a clear idea of what the real situation is, I find it very difficult to make any hypothesis.
Some photos could be very useful.
