800xA - Advant AC400 - Change events priority
Hello all.
we have an 800xA system with a few AC400 controllers (we are using 800xA advant connectivity with PU410) and we want to change the priorities of some events/alarms. We tried to change 'ERROR_TREAT' and 'VALUE_TREAT' as you can see in the following screen shot

but we get the same priority (2) if we use the values '2' and '4'. All the other values have no effect (they don't give us alarm or event).
Thanks in advance

For priorities in alarms and events in Advant 450 controllers you have to define an EVENT_TREAT element in the RTA Board with the specific priority you need.
The AL_PRIO on the RTA Event Treat maps eight fixed OPC AE Severities declared in a .csv file on the disk of the AC400 CS node(s). The Severity (1...1000) maps Alarm Priority in the Alarm Collection Definition.
LIM_TR (controller DB) > Event Treat (RTA DB, LF25) > Severity (.csv file on disk) > Alarm Priority Mapping (Library Structure) > Alarm List
Read about the Event Treat feature in the 800xA for Advant Master Configuration User’s Guide.
