Hi,
From experience I can suggest the following,
1) There is no boot project in the main CPU
2) Initially download the main program to the PLC and verify whether application goes to RUN mode
3) The empty application downloaded to the each CM574 (assuming COM ports are shared) may have got deleted. Use ABB TCP/IP Level 2 AC protocol and re-download concerned application(s) to all CM574s on Line 2 and Line 3 (routing level=1) via onboard ethernet
4) If none of the steps 1-3 work,then factory reset the PLC (Power off the plc>>Keep the Run button pressed and power On>>Release button once mode options are shown>>select mod00>>Set IP addresses>> Repeat steps 1 to 3
