Assuming that you are having an issue with Reporting in Excel, I have the following information about this file. This file is typically utilized to hold the Excel Toolbar configurations and other information associated with the startup of Excel. You can use the following procedure to test if this is your problem.
The ABB Scheduler utilizes the “Default User” account, (name may be different for different installations), to run Excel in the background. By examining the directory, “C:\Users\Default\Application Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel”, there will be a copy of the “Excel1n.xlb”, (the “n” is dependent on the version of Excel), file at that location. Typically, this file should be less than 1000kb in size. Deleting this file will typically cause the ABBScheduler to begin operating correctly. You should also delete this file from the 800xA Service account user, (a typical name utilized is 800xAService, although individual systems may be different). Excel will regenerate the file automatically if it is missing. The user can also do a search in Windows Explorer for the .xlb file to find the exact location, search = excel*.xlb.
