Are you talking about a May 8th 2018 Security patch?
Here is a workaround:

If you have a maintenence agrement (Sentinel) with ABB you have access to the "System 800xA - Third Party Security Updates Validation Status" dokuments. They post a new document once pr. month. following the Microsoft update schedule.
All may 2018 patches was qualified from ABB.

DISABLE RDP !
Or more specifically - Disable ALL RDP access through the firewall between your 800xA system and the outside intranet and internet.
Assuming that you have followed good security practices inside the 800xA Domain, then RDP should be OK to use inside of that domain. And obviously you will need to continue doing so. If you really require RDP from outside the xA domain, suggest you install a Win2K16 or Win10 machine (that is not affected by Bluekeep) inside the domain, but not part of the system. Allow RDP access ONLY to this machine through your firewall and then RDP from here to the rest of the xA system.
Once ABB has finished testing the patches they will be released through your support agreement. If you have no support agreement you'll have to get the patch from MS directly and apply it to your system. Do not install untested Microsoft patches on a production system !
