Hi,
You cannot use the IMMFP01 and IMMFP02 in a redundant pair but you can replace IMMFP01 with IMMFP02 offline.
The IMMFP01 and IMMFP02 share the same hardware / functionality except the IMMFP02 has more memory.
You will have to change the controller type in Composer/S+ Engineering, recompile and do an offline download.
If you have Batch, UDF, C or Basic applications you may have to adjust these as well for the additional memory available.
Cheers,
Alan

It is not recommended to mix different controllers in a redundant pair. Both should be either MFP01 or 02.
In the comments you say you have a single module. Yes, you can replace one with the other. The IMMFP02 is identical to the 01 (same processor, firmware), it just has more memory. As Alan points out, you should change the module properties in Composer, but the same cfg file can be downloaded to either module... technically, I don't think recompiling is necessary (at least with function code only configuration), but it doesn't hurt.
