Load Shedding not activate automatically even the power balance already has minus value

Hi Team,
i have question related to Load shedding command, i simulate the load then i found the load shedding command is not activated automatically even the power load balance already get minus valus (in this case -10 MW).
Could you please advise, why this load shedding not activated automatically?
Thanks

Two things to be noted:
1. For normal system, load shedding to act automatically two conditions should satisfy at the same time:
a. Opening on any critical breaker (source feeder/ bus coupler/ tie feeder)
b. power balance to be negative during opening of critical breaker.
If these 2 conditions act at the same time then load shedding will act.
if power balance is negative & critical breaker did not opened then it will not act. If critical breaker opened & power balance is still positive then shedding will not act.
2. here you are not working with live values & also system shows your complete load is non sheddable. So even if you open critical breaker it will not act.
Hope this clarifies your doubt.

you should have a critical breaker trip to trigger load shed.
1. critical breaker trip
2. negative power balance
above two things needed for load shed trigger

It appears you have a "non-shedable load" of 90 MW. Maybe trace that number back in the application software ?
Otherwise, this appears to be a site specific application problem. Not sure that anyone on this forum can help you - unless they are already familiar with your software.

Hi,
In your accumulated load table, it is not reflecting the Sheddable load. So check LST table all are having values.
