- Operators are able shelve the AC800M and PLC Connect signals of local system (each provider system) and able to view the shelved alarms in MSI as well.
- Ensured same operator and its permissions exists in RAS and RAC system.
- Restarted the Alarm manager of RAS and RAC but still not able to shelve PLC connect signals from MSI.
- Ensured alarm shelving is enabled but no success.

IIRC: unlike Point-of-Control which works across a subscriber and provider system, Alarm Shelving is a local only feature that only takes place in the system where it is executed (Provider or Subscriber). You can of course shelve on both sides, but it does not propagate to the other side.
Have you compared the object level permission between AC 800M and PLC Connect objects in the subscriber system?
I'm unable to check right now, but I believe there is a permission called "Shelve Alarm" - the operator must have this object level permission on an object to be able to shelve its alarms.
Does the Details...Permission tab of PLCC objects in the subscriber system list "Shelve Alarm" as Allowed to the operator?
