History Logs unavailable on two machines
We have two machines that cannot connect to the logs stored on our ABB Historian. The basic history logs off of our Connectivity servers come up fine.
When trying to read the log in workplace we receive the error "External server is not responding. E_ADV_HT_LINK_NO_CONNECTION (0x8abb1c2a) Link No Connection)
I've verified that the workstations are able to ping the historian and are on the same network.
Any idea?
Thanks

Seams like the "OPCHDA server is either not available or not responding. If you are using 800xa History, check whether the OPCHDA is properly configured in the special configuration tab in 800xasyncservice service provider, it must be cpmpluskmopchda server / RTDB OPCHDA server. If the configuration is correct then check these services are running in Data collector node and in Main server.
