Connectivity Server Restart required
Dear All
We have installed 800xA Ver 5.1 FP4 in Virtual server.
We are facing a problem that some time after Cold Restart in PEC controller we are not getting data on operator stations.
We have checked that OPC server,services,service provider status all are OK but we have to restart the connectivity server then data appear and problem resolved.
Please let us know what could be the possible reasons for the CS restart required.
Note:800xA sw installed in Virtual server.

What OPC quality code do you see when subscribing for live data in Function Block, Control Module, etc?
What is displayed in OPC server log?
Can test client advdsopcclient.exe connect to the AC800 OPC server, browse and subscribe?
Does OPC server memory increase over time? Measure/record trend with perfmon.exe
What is displayed in Controller log?
Older OPC server/controller firmware may have issues.
Ultimately, seek help from regional ABB service team.
