Log in fail when screen saver was on with 800xA 5.1
System Configuration :
system version : 800xA 5.1 FP4
Domain : 2ea
AS : 3ea
CS : 4ea
Client : 10ea
Eng Client : 14ea
For 3 rd party Server : 3ea
Problem : There was a problem when back to the log-in at the ES5 (Engineering client #5),
If the screen saver works on ES5 and tries to log in again, Sometime it is not logged in as normal and an error message appeared as below. (not always)
" The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship."
Log in was possible after rebooting and working normally.
I checked the setting for
time sync, IP address, Domain setting, Ethernet configure and tried to went workgroup and back to the domain. Then it works well at that time.
Also I checked User setting at system software and service status at the Administrative tools.
(Only ES5 has this problem and another clients did not happened)
Please let me know why this problem happening and how to fix it?

This is a Windows Security problem, not an 800xA problem. Something is not right in your domain settings and the list of possible causes is VERY long. I suggest you Google the error message and start from there. Some things to check ....
- Are both Domain Controllers Properly synched ?
- Are the DNS services on the DC's running properly ?
- Are there other Domain Controller Alarms or Security messages in the windows event logs that can guide you in the right direction.
