Hot Insert of DI880 - SIL2 system
I have an Fire & Gas system with redundant PM865 and redundant SM811. IO's are connected via optical module bus with TB840. I have 7 clusters via the optical module bus communication.
In one of the cluster I want to add one more DI880 at the last position, only three IO modules are now present in that cluster.
What is the procedure need to be followed for hot insert of new IO module without disturbing the production?
I haven't tried hot insert, that is the reason asking the suggestion from experts who already tried.
Any suggestions are welcome.

DI880 is a hot swappable card.
However it is not recommended to hot swap or insert a new TU base in a running system. Better to take node offline, add base, insert card, add card in control builder and download.
