Difference between standard software or system software...ASXR or AMXR.

Hi,
Standard and system software means type of firmware loaded in ACS drive's control board. Standard software is suitable for single drives in common drive applications like pump, blower, conveyor, etc.
These easier application types need just speed control therefore number of Standard SW parameters is reduced compared to the System SW.
System software is used in multidrives - in inverters connected at common DC bus with common rectifier TSU/ISU. Typical multidrive application are main drives of rolling mill, of metal processing lines or section drives of Paper machines.
System software enables PLC program to read and write more parameters of the drive hence allows to control drive Torque and Speed in the same moment by Speed controller output limiting (winder/uncoiler/bridle/dancer) or allows fine angle positioning of the drive's shaft , for example for coiling strip tail or mandrel slot positioning.
It is possible to load System software into the single drive if extended drive functionality is needed.
Note that System software does not contain any ready-to-use application control like for Coiler/Uncoiler. So called Drive standard software package, which contains about 100 pages of logic, is typically implemented in AC800M / PEC PLC. Drive standard talks from PLC to Drive's System software through DDCS plastic fiber optics through Modules Bus or CI858 Drive bus card.
I hope that overview helps
