800xA- New User account not able to Open SmartClient dashboard remotly
Hi
we added new user in 800xA smart client server user configuration and when we tried to open the Smart client link from user laptop. we received error that "Cannot Continue, The application is improperly formatted contact application vendor for assistance"
Please find attached error log file and screen shot of error.
Can anyone please help to resolve this issue, Thanks in advance for support.
