Getting rid of "System condition events" with bad quality. 800xA 6.0.3-0
System version 6.0.3-0
I have several alarms from I/O-channels with the "Quality:Bad, comm failure".
Is there any way of flushing them out?
Following have been tried without success:
1. Stopping "System message server" on both aspect servers and then renaming the actual folder in "C:\OperateITdata\SystemMessage\FolderName_OLD".
2. Same procedure as above but for the "Soft Alarms" service.

Alarms of category "System Condition Event" are emitted from AC 800M hardware and cannot be suppressed in the HMI (I am not counting the possibility to place an attribute filter to "hide" them as a way forward).
Check your settings in Control Builder M (maybe you can suppress them from the controller end). If not, you need to disable the unused I/O channels causing the underflow.
