Dongle Wrong Machine ID with New Server
We Use AS CS Combined Server with dongle. but this server condition was not good.
we copied everything to New Same Server(Everything is same except MAC Address) using acronis Backup.
Controller connected, Value is coming, looks good everything except license.
Wrong Machine ID Error is coming.
is there any other procedure for New PC??
Pull the dongle out of the machine and reinsert after a couple of seconds. Most of the times that cures the problem.
Check the License status viewer >> Tools >> Current CLS Machine name is new primary aspect server node name ?
If its correct node name then go to your primary aspect server and open the ABB license entry program and in the menu bar open machine IDs --> Availlable IDs..check if you dongle number is listed if not then probably the dongle is not working.
