system 800 XA, Workplace login problem
Hello guys,
In 800xa system I want to create a new client, but when I run the workplace, in the login window it shows this message :" Selected system does not respond. Correct the problem or try another system."
In the login window second item > "Environment" and third item > "Available workplaces" are empty and there is not any options to select!
How can i fix this issue?
I will really appreciate any helps.

Check if System Event List contain access denied messages indicating improper user privileges or service account.
RNRP must display client when viewed from aspect server.

the computer is in workgroup or domain??
The user you login is in the group of industrial IT Users??
If you have workgroup, The user, is in computer which is a server of 800xA???, Same name and same password.

The problem resolved!!!!
By adding both network IP (Primary and Secondary) in new Client's Object in this path:
Workplace explorer > Node Administration Structure > Node Administration > All Nodes,Node Group > select your client , in Aspect of client (right side) select Node Definition and then select Configuration Tab. In Addresses box under configuration tab, click on "Add here" add both network IPs. Thats Done!
